Knowledge is power and knowing some golden nuggets are essential in this life's journey. Many of you may know all or a few of these. Some may not know any, have even forgotten some; all of that is ok. Here is a reminder of some great golden nuggets just in case.
Psalm 23:1
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want."
Psalm 57:6
"They spread a net for my feet—
I was bowed down in distress.
They dug a pit in my path—
but they have fallen into it themselves."
Job 9:10
"He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed,
miracles that cannot be counted."
Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path."
1 Corinthians 15:58
"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain."
Matthew 6:31-33
"So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Job 42:10
" After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before."
Psalm 91:9-10
"If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent."
John 16:13
"But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come."
Deuteronomy 31:6
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Psalm 37:3
"Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture."
The word of God will always stand true.
Someone needed a word from God. Someone needed confirmation. You may have needed a reminder of what God said. Was it you?
