Today I say this and I will share it will those around me.


I am free mentally.


I am free emotionally.


I am free spiritually.


I am spiritually sound.

I am mentally clear.

I am emotionally stable.


I am wise.


I am knowledgeable.

Comprehension comes easy to me.


I am kind.

I am compassionate.

I am empathetic.

I am humble.


Most importantly, I am a child of God.


**Friendly reminder, we are in August; let's not forget to select one day you will fast from 8-12 noon. Also, please do not forget to save. This is our financial fast, and faith without work is dead. Amen? Amen!
