Father, we are standing together in agreement for those purchasing homes, going through home inspections, and the underwriting process. Father, we ask that You touch and anoint the entire process. We ask that You make it a smooth process that everyone can comprehend.
Grant the realtor, loan officer, broker, selling agent, processer, inspector, the first, second, and third person in contact, and the customer service representatives behind the scenes patience, professionalism, compassion, and understanding. Allow them the ability to answer all questions and provide solutions. Allow them to remember when they were in the process or what they would want their process to be like.
Father, ease the anxiety of the person going through the homeownership, home inspection, and underwriting process. Allow all documentation, funds, frame, exterior, interior, and other components to function correctly and be in order. Father, we believe that You did not bring them to it, not to bring them through it; we ask for a peaceful and joyful process. Grant them undeniable favor.
Father, we stand in unity saying these words on behalf of them, the funds are available to purchase this home. We will make every payment on time. We can afford this home. We will close on time. We make it though underwriting. We will pass home inspection. his home has our name on it and was sent by God. In Jesus’ name, amen.
